Hang·o·ver·o·ver (hãng’ò’Ver’ò’Ver)
noun.
Synonyms: The hangover hangover, the two-day hangover, “feeling like crap.”
The residual feeling of vague discomfort experienced on the day after a severe hangover. While the headache has dissipated, thoughts are sluggish and inarticulate. Nausea has passed, but appetite remains low. Mild dehydration persists.
The Hangoverover is most commonly experienced on Monday. It is a given that the Hangoverover will only occur on days when early rising and participation in society is required; a light sleep-in on the second morning would usually dispel these symptoms.
